Yelp! has been an incredible addition to the lives of the common American smartphone user. It provides us with incredible recommendations and reviews for the things in life that matter – and they are SO RIGHT so much of the time. Well, if you were paying attention, Yelp! is having their ‘Jet Set Fête’ on April 5th at the National Hotel on Miami Beach – and it looks like it is going to be a lot of fun.
Don’t already have an invite you say? Well, it’s pretty much “too bad, so sad” as the list for the event is already full. Priority was provided to people who use their “real name” as their Yelp! account name, according to the original signup page, but all I know is that I AM ON THE LIST and will be providing a complete report on the event. With so many great restaurants and drink vendors participating, I do not know how this could possibly disappoint. Yelp would check their credentials on their site before they were even put on the list to participate, I mean, these guys know who has ‘been naughty and who has been nice.” If you are on the RSVP list – then you have much to look forward too.
Yelp’s Jet Set Fête is taking flight on Thursday, April 5th at the decadent Art Deco National Hotel! Who might you meet at the party? The Rat Pack, Don Draper look-a-likes, a handful of high-flying stewardesses, a few pilots, and Miami’s most passionate Yelpers!
